With the Olympics just over, Ella (&family) are using that as a theme for this years birthday party. The 11×15 marble cake was iced in vanilla buttercream, decorated with the Olympic rings, torch and a gold medal all made of fondant. I added a few buttercream flowers to give it a feminine touch.

It’s time for another cake for the triplets birthdays. Glenda (their grandmother) always gets a large cake for the family celebration and 3 smaller cake, one for each of the girls with their initial.
Lots and lots of bright and very colorful buttercream flowers for Nona’s 80th birthday celebration. The cake was lemon, filled with raspberry cream and iced in a vanilla buttercream basketweave.
Buttercream flower colors- red, yellow, teal, hot pink, orange, & piped purple/(blue).
