A White Daisy Birthday Cake

                I make a lot of sheet cakes and sometimes it’s a struggle to come up with designs for all of them. I try not to repeat myself to many times. Sometimes the customer tells me exactly what they want, other times it’s up to me. The cake flavor here is a classic yellow butter cake (11 x 15) with peach colored vanilla butter cream. The white daisies are fondant.
