We have only had Sam (yellow tabby) for a short time but TK and Sam have made friends quite quickly. Sam wants to play all the time and I know he must aggravate TK by following her every footstep but she lets him know when she has had enough by giving him a gentle slap. In this picture she seems to be giving him a “hug” too.
