Victoria celebrated her 20th birthday with a unicorn cake (her request). Although it didn’t quite turn out the way I intended and I had to fight the urge to take all the icing off & start over, the birthday girl loved it anyway. Cake flavor: classic yellow butter cake with black raspberry filling and vanilla butter frosting & buttercream flowers/swirls.

Lots of Buttercream Flowers

Emily’s cake is a strawberry swirl with pink strawberry frosting and lavender rosettes. Abby’s request was for a SpongeBob cake with his side kick Patrick (all decorations made of fondant) the flavor, a chocolate marble with vanilla buttercream.
