A Square 3 tier + 1

14 Dec

This was a fairly easy cake to decorate, just scrolls and dots. All done free hand. The tiers were set at an angle. The flavor, a¬† classic butter cake with vanilla butter cream frosting was topped with a handmade ¬†fondant sugar bow.¬†The ¬†smaller cake set to the side was red velvet, a favorite of the groom. The ornament on top was engraved with the bride and grooms names and their wedding date, a gift from the brides Mother. The silver stand, fresh Christmas greenery and red roses provided by Aldena’s florist.
