Like Jewels from the Sea

I love making sea shells. These are made from melted white chocolate and are so good. I lightly brushed them with a little edible glitter (pink, lavender, gold etc) to give them a shine. The  9″ 3 layer butter cake is frosted in almond buttercream tinted a soft blue.
