Extra cupcakes for Bridal Shower
This was a fun cake to do. I think the first one I saw was on the Pinterest Board. My customer emailed me the picture and asked if I could do one similar to it. Of course I said I would try.
The cupcakes are yellow butter cake with vanilla butter cream. The belt is fondant pearls with a purchased pin.
Everyone loves cupcakes and these are freshly made and yummy. Just waiting for pickup.
Lemon cake with a swirl of Lemon butter cream frosting.

Cupcakes for Easter. Two flavors, yellow butter and chocolate with almond buttercream frosting. All the flowers are buttercream.
Here are just a few of the cupcakes I made for today. Total number was 48. I really don’t mind making cupcakes, especially when I can do whatever I like for decorations. I made sugar flowers for some of them in different colors and since it was a kitchen shower I made tiny fondant rolling pins, wooden spoons, whisks and spatulas to go on top. I think they turned out well and my customer loved them too.
This year Bess wanted a turtle on her cake. WHY!! Because she had been to the beach and was lucky enough to see the hatching of some tiny sea turtles. I’m not sure that the one I molded from fondant looks like a sea turtle but she liked it anyway. The cake and cupcakes were chocolate. The sea shells for the cupcakes were white chocolate. Oh, I forgot to mention she wanted green frosting on her cupcakes.
For her 2nd celebration day her cake was decorated like a present and topped with a purple fondant bow and tiny pink hearts. This one was chocolate with almond buttercream.
I think teal is my new favorite color. Something a little different instead of white for a bride and groom party. I made 50 cc’s for this party with a few extras thrown in just because I thought they turned out so well and just because I wanted to. The flavor was my yellow butter cake with vanilla buttercream. The white flowers are cut from fondant.

I loved working with all the bright colors for this cake. The size was a 11×15 sheet with a 7″ single layer on top, flavors yellow butter cake with vanilla frosting. The stars & the 60 were from fondant with wires attached to add a little extra fun and movement to the cake. The flowers were fondant & buttercream. 
I also baked cupcakes to go with the cake.
NOTE: I was worried that I might have spelled the name wrong on the cake but after checking with the customer she said it was fine. I guess there are a lot of different ways to spell many names.
No wedding cakes today just cupcakes, a baby shower and a birthday. The shower cc’s (3 doz) were for a baby girl all done with pinks and dainty designs. The flowers and frosting were buttercream the cake flavors chocolate and yellow butter. Here is just a sample .
The birthday cc’s (1 &1/2 doz) were also a combo of chocolate and yellow butter cake iced in the birthday boy’s favorite color, neon green, with a few sprinkles added.
Since this is the bridal season, I have had lots of orders for cupcakes. They are easy to serve for bridal showers. The flavor of these, yellow butter cake with vanilla buttercream. The flowers are buttercream in shades of pink.
Note: The divider in the box to hold the cupcakes was made of wood by my son. Works great to keep them from sliding around.
