A Little About ME

My name is Betty and I live in North Carolina. I have been baking and decorating cakes for many years, somewhere around 35  I  think. I have 2 grown children (a daughter & a son) and 2 cats,  TK (short for Tiger Kitty)and the latest addition is a fuffy yellow one named Sam (short for Samson). You’ll find their picture pages here in varing  poses.

I am a self taught cake decorator and continue to learn and experiment with new ideas. I love doing all types of cakes from birthday’s to wedding cakes and get much pleasure from seeing the delight in my customers eyes when they see there cake. They often say “O that’s to pretty to cut”, especially if the cake has my hand made butter cream flowers on it.
